There are literally thousands of people looking for work from home opportunities that can either make them some extra cash, or maybe even allow them to give up their current job altogether. However, with so many scams and people promising money for doing nothing at all! Who can you trust?
The answer maybe simpler than you think. Millions of people nowadays have online blogs where they write about absolutely anything they chose. A lot of these people write blogs for fun and add new posts almost daily. What a lot of people don't know though is that there are more people still who write their blog for fun and actually earn money doing it. We are no talking about a get rich quick scheme, there will obviously be some writing work involved but setting up the actual blog takes practically no IT knowledge at all.
Popular Blogging Sites
There are two main blogging sites that have literally hundreds of thousands of members. They are completely free to join and they walk you through each step of setting up the blog with ease. Bloggers.com will allow you to open an account by simply providing your email address. They provide you with many template styles and options that can be added to your blog page. The other popular blogging site is Wordpress which again provides step by step instructions and provides numerous template styles.
What & When to Write
You can chose to blog about anything you like, but the more topical and interesting it is the more visitors you will get. It is helpful, but not essential to write a new post about 3 times a week. This could simply be a few lines or a few paragraphs, the choice is yours. The more you update the blog the higher in the search engines you will eventually be indexed. It is also helpful to make sure readers can post comments on your site, as people will be more likely to return if they feel they can interact with you and that their opinion is important.

You can simply set up and account with someone like Google Adsense and your blogging site will enable you to set you the ads automatically from the blog page settings. You can display as many adds on each post as you want, however remember that initially people will be coming to your site to read your blog, not to be sold things. Make your blog the most important and put some ads around the page at intervals. Google Adsense will display ads that are linked to whatever topics you are writing about in your blog, so you already know that if people are interested in what you are writing they will also be interested in what the ads are selling. The great thing about PPC (Pay per Click) ads is that they cost you nothing to set up and display and the reader does not even have to but the product being sold. They simply have to click on the ad displayed on your blog page and you get paid.
